1. Booking and Reservations:
- – All bookings are subject to availability.
- – Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.
- – Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- – In case of overlooking of the required room, we will offer you another room if available.
2. Check-in and Check-out:
- – Check-in time is from 2:00 pm, and check-out time is by 11 am.
- – Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability please let us know your requests.
3. Payment:
- – Payment can be made via cash or credit card.
- – Full payment is required upon check-in.
- – Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled upon check-out.
4. Cancellation Policy:
- – Cancellations made 3 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.
- – Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival may result in a forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee will be 50% of the first night.
- For a cancellation on the arrival day we will keep the first night charged.
5. Guest Responsibilities:
- – Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
- – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the guesthouse premises.
- – Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.
6. Facilities and Amenities:
- – Guests are expected to use the facilities and amenities provided responsibly.
- – Any loss or damage to the provided amenities may result in additional charges.
7. Liability:
- – The guesthouse is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the stay, including but not limited to personal belongings, vehicles, or health-related issues.
8. Privacy Policy:
- – Guest information collected during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely for reservation purposes.
9. Additional Terms:
- – The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
- – Guests must adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the guesthouse management.
10. Acceptance of Terms:
- – By making a reservation and checking into the guesthouse, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
